What is Job Fit?

Job fit is the degree of synchronicity between an individual’s strengths, needs, and wants in alignment with a particular job, the organization’s objectives, values & work environment itself.

When interests align, the employee and the organization experience a good job fit. Establishing job fit helps identify and place individuals in positions where they are more likely to be successful.

There are different kinds of people that all teams need to remain functional; humble, hungry, and smart people. Humble people are characterized by low ego, hungry people have a strong work ethic while smart, doesn’t refer to intellect but to personality.
